Refund and Exchange Policy
We accept return of products for refund and exchange, however we don't provide refund for shipping cost that customer bear to return the product/s.
Return and exchange is only accepted for products like shoes and apparels except those are on discounted price or are on sale.
Products should be returned within one week of its delivery day, and product/s must be returned in its original packaging, it must contain tags, packaging(not shipping package).
There must not be any damages, no changes from its original state (wrinkles and other physical damages), must be clean.
Refund and exchanges are not provided if failed to meet all of the above conditions.
There are no refund or exchanges for United States of America and Australia and other International customers and we would like to apologize for the inconvenience.
